Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fees

All payments made for counselling and registration services are non-refundable, except in the case of security deposit refundable amount, duplicate transactions or technical errors resulting in overpayment.

2. Duplicate or Excess Payment

If a duplicate or excess payment is detected, users must report it within 7 working days by providing payment proof and transaction details. Upon validation, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after verification by the concerned department.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original source account used for payment.
  • No cash refunds or third-party account refunds will be entertained.

4. Cancellation

Since the services provided involve seat allotment and academic processing, cancellations are not supported once the counselling fee has been paid.
